Meet our September Woman Blogger of the Month -- Amy Cribbs!
We’re excited to announce the first EVER Cincinnati Woman Blogger of the Month. Meet Ms. September, Amy Cribbs. Amy is the woman behind Amy in Ohio, a blog that discusses issues ranging from family to politics and everything in between. Here’s how Amy describes her blog in her own words:
I’m thirty-six, a wife and mother, with an opinion on just about everything. I’ve decided to start blogging mainly because I need an outlet to bitch about the state of this country and the upcoming election and my husband refuses to be said outlet. I’d also like to prove once and for all to that husband, that I’m a funny person – he refuses to believe me. He does a lot of refusing come to think of it.
I hope to be relevant and witty. You can be the judge, but please keep in mind that I bruise easily. It’s much better for both of us if you just blindly agree with everything I say. Another thing husband refuses to do.
Amy has been instrumental in building the Cincinnati Women Bloggers community. Her support of other women in Cincinnati has been inspirational to everyone who has touched the group. We look forward to sharing her stories from Amy in Ohio and her newest venture, Cincinnati Losers, throughout the month of September. Check back on Sept. 1 for a Q&A with Amy! You won’t want to miss it.
Each month Cincinnati Women Bloggers will randomly select — using a list randomizer — a blogger who attended the last monthly meeting to be featured throughout the following month on the CWB Web site. During the first week, you’ll read a Q&A with our featured blogger followed by cross posts from their blogs once a week for the rest of the month.
